Not to seem pedantic, but a 12-hour analogue clock that is stopped
(doesn't run at all) is correct twice a [24-hour] day. An analogue or
digital clock that is broken (runs fast or slow) may never be correct. I
suppose when my digital alarm clock starts blinking "12:00" after a power
failure, it too will be correct twice a day until it's reset.
