Let’s all post to this thread about this race weekend unless it’s a non racing topic.
GP FP2. Wow. Didn’t see that coming. Anybody get the pole winner right in the fantasy league? I’m thinking the window opened to the rest of the field by no MM in the game has been inspirational. It’s anyone’s race now.
Vicki
Seriously one of the craziest outcomes in qualifying I’ve ever seen.

Anybody's race, anybody but one extremely disappointed rider starting from
the sixth row. And, can the rider starting from the fourth row fight
through the field to podium? I'll be up early to watch this one live.

I want to know who was able to correctly pick the podium for this race. The
moment of the race for me was Zarco taking the long lap penalty pretty much
at full lean. Too bad about Fabio; I was really hoping to see him battling
at the front. KTM's prediction has come true, but I don't think they
predicted a rookie would produce their first win. Rossi did well for
himself. If he had started higher on the grid, could he have fought for the
podium? Maybe. His pace was good throughout the race.

I had second and third right but I took Quartararo for the win. MM must be delighted with the results. Points are now scattered all thru the field. I watched it wondering, Is this the year MM breaks his arm, misses a bunch of races and still goes home champion?

I, very sadly, had exactly the same thought.

I’m very happy with the results today!
Even happier that Binder took the first KTM premier class win, rather than
Pol. A very erratic temperamental rider. His crashed today was due to his
hasty behavior,
which caused Zarco an unjustifiable penalty.
One little crash offsets Quartararo’s race rhythm. Let’s see how he
handles future crashes..
Yes, yes I’m sure his tire was degraded..heard it all before..
Zarco’s motivation— Dovi wants more money and Ducati ain’t budging. L O L
a bit late in the race, but Rins is finally back and delivered. His
motivation remains the same: he imagines he’s chasing Will Smith.
They need to keep defeating Quartararo to keep the championship alive and
sort of balanced.
Unfortunately, I believe MM93 is out of the championship.
Lastly, Rossi is looking good!

Just looked at SuperBru, pretty funny to do that bad and still get a good score. Now the problem is next week. Anybody have a pin the tail on the donkey game we can use to make our picks?

I want to know what the hell race the officials were watching! Zarco NEVER
deviated a millimeter from his racing line. Pol was the aggressor here, not
Joan. What is WRONG with these morons?! The on bike camera angles bear this
out...CLEARLY!

Okay, I watched it maybe 5 or 6 times, and agree with Jack. Zarco had a
clear line, not much space, but the line was there, and was pretty much
next to Pol when they made contact. If Pol had stayed on his line, they
probably would not have made contact, or at least only a brush. Clearly,
Pol deviated from his line and ran into Zarco. Generally, the rider behind
has the responsibility to make a clean pass, but Zarco was already next to
Pol. It was Pol's responsibility to know the path was clear when he changed
his line to the inside. In my amateurish opinion, it was either a racing
incident, or Pol was at fault.
