Hello,
I am looking for information on James Slane 1844-1927.
He married Mary O'Neil on 22 September 1896 in Drumragh, Tyrone, Diocese Derry.
They had a daughter Alice Louise in 1871. Came to the United States in 1872 or 1873.
Traveling with them was Margaret Campbell. Who I believe was Mary O'Neil's aunt.

James's parents may be Edward Slane and Alice Rogers. I'd Like to find out for sure. And if Edward and Alice stayed in Ireland.

Mary O'Neil's parents are Patrick O'Neil and Ann Campbell. Did they come to the United States or stay in Ireland? And Where in Ireland?
I've checked a lot of sites you have listed. So much fun and I thank you.
I'm not sure if this is the place (address) to ask these questions?
Thought I'd give it a try.
Thank you in advance, Pamela

Using the Every Name Index, I see a number of entries for James Slane.
Have you checked all of them?
You may want to search for his father Edward as well
