I still have a 1st gen ATV if you want it.  Pretty sure it’s modded with a different OS and Kodi at the moment.

Ultimately I'll probably do what I've always done; stream to the phone and

The ROKU app is a better choice for me so far in testing the app. I have
ditched satellite and cable as of 2017 and do nothing but antenna and
streaming with HULU, Amazon and Netflix, by means of ROKU. I highly

Does Roku have BeIN? I use SlingTV because they have BeIN AND a cloud record function. For main TV it’s Tivio Roamio (no fees after purchase) but that won’t help me watch races.

Does Roku have BeIN? I use SlingTV because they have BeIN AND a cloud record function. For main TV it’s Tivio Roamio (no fees after purchase) but that won’t help me watch races. Yes, Roku has beIN Sports Connect.  Having said that, it says one must login via a cable provider for "events exclusive to beIN SORTS CONNECT".  What exactly that means, I am not sure yet.

The ROKU app is a better choice for me so far in testing the app. I have
ditched satellite and cable as of 2017 and do nothing but antenna and
streaming with HULU, Amazon and Netflix, by means of ROKU. I highly
recommend it if you want to cut the cord. I even downloaded an app on ROKU
last night for MotoAmerica. We shall see what they offer once the season
starts. I wish WSBK was offering something like this. Perhaps next year...

Right - for some events, they want you to have a cable subscription in
order to log in and stream.  It's really a licensing issue, not a technical
one.
