Very common Gaelic forename. It it is Donnchadh pronounced Donahue/Donagha and all descended from from him would be O' Donnachaidh or MacDonnac háidh.. Post colonisation a lot of people dropped the O/Mac and we have now Donaghy, Ó Donaghue and Mac Conaghy.
