It will have to warm up a little the low today was 21 and the high was 38!
Quite a change from about a week ago when it was in the low 70s.  Very
sunny of course but no clouds means the temperature plummets when the sun
goes down.  I will report on how my first ride goes and how the new muffler
works.  Leo Vince had others that were more than twice as much but they
looked too large for a visual fit for the bike.

Jim,Wow, those slip-on prices are very reasonable compared to buying them
for a 996, 998, 1098 etc., yes I know you need two.  Also, LeoVince makes
quality products.
Please give us a ride report when you've put some miles on the new
ride.Best regards, Larry

Mario

It arrives on Thursday and I have to install it but I will let you know if
it is good.  The one on the bike is impossible to live with.  Not if I want
to continue living here.

Jim,

After I hit "send" I realized that my question was premature.  hahaha....

But yeah, I'm very interested in your experience.  I'd like to get a pipe but only if it's not obnoxiously loud.  More HP and less weight would be nice.

It came yesterday and one of my tasks today is the installation.  After all
it will rain all day so what else do I have to do?  It is very well made,
is smaller and heavier than I had imagined.  Not heavy, just more than it
looks like so maybe it will be better at keeping the sound at a reasonable
level.  It does have a larger inside diameter than I thought it would
