I LOVE this album! I have an interview with him in late April. He's
playing in SF.
He has such a way of finding older songs from smithsonian
folkways collection and giving them a super modern feeling.
If I'm ever feeling down his songs are great.....His 2017 album 'what in
the natural world' has a song called 'Have you ever seen peaches growin on
a watermelon vine' that is just terrific.
