Madison Cunningham is a super-talented young musician out of LA - she
crafts some hooky, slightly edgy tracks somewhere between folk and pop.
She won Folk Album of the Year for this album for 2022 at the Grammys
(although this doesn't sound like a folk album to me AT ALL.) She's a
pretty amazing guitarist who uses unusual time signatures and quirky
rhythms. Writes some beautiful ballads too. This is her second album - I
played the heck out of her first one.
Tracks I love on this album: All I've Ever Known, Hospital, Anywhere, Who
Are You Now.
