Oh, I know, guys.  We could all exchange evil insurance stories til the
Ducks come home.  I got my start battling health insurance maybe 18 years
ago and never took a bad offer again without a fight (and oh boy there's
been a lot).  They're SOP actually is exactly the same as banks when they
want to illegally repossess your house it turns out.  Total good cop bad
cop where the bad cop is some ethereal entity that nobody has any contact
with and makes all the decisions which are written in stone and the "I just
work here it's not me trying to destroy everything good in your life" peons
with whom you are permitted to communicate.

I mean, it's how I would run that kind of operation, too,  Or government
or...

I'm glad to have read some seem to happy endings to your stories (Bob,
Vicki, nice one), but I just want to stress that you do NOT have to do this
alone.  Get the government on they asses ASAP.  They know exactly what's up
and are the only real reason I keep winning my wars.  (God it's weird to be
so complimentary to a government agency but there you go).

And Pags, the Ain't so bad.  Could probably ride it in the track nowish,
actually.  Main thing messed up is instruments, headlight, mirrors a dent
in the tank and little "owies."  Basically all the stuff you'd rip off your
bike anyways.  Personally I can't afford the luxury of track days for
another year at least (more like 2+) and my brother's begging me to get a
dirt bike ever since he treated himself to a $10,000 KTM.  He also just got
an old Kawi KLX300 for his 17 year old iPhone addict of a son (which I HOPE
he uses but if not it's also a sweet Uncle trail bike) so dirt is in my
future too it seems.

Hit me off list of you're serious though.  Otherwise I'm not sure.  Might
end up parting her out to help rationalize/support my RZ350 purchase
(which, in an abstract way are kind of the same bike at least for my
purposes).

Ride Well,

Gabriel
