We have been gifted this opportunity by founders and master facilitators Jutta Thoerner and Kasia Roether who have been guests on both The Reluctant Therapis and Central Coast Voices talking about the mental health benefits and insights gained from spending time with horses. You will not be riding - but instead interacting under the guidance of these trained equine therapists. I have taken 4 groups of Cal Poly students over the last 2 years - and each visit has been more amazing and impactful than the last.
