Probably not PayPal’s fault. Don’t tell me you got hacked even with 3-way authentication? PIN/Hashed auto generated keychain , SMS code & Fingerprint. Plus paypal’s and linked bank withdrawal instant alerts? I’ve had PayPal for 15yrs. I use it a lot for National and Int’l transactions with people and online stores.
