Spoke with Sean, and he's willing to take on the more "traditional" scoring:

Everyone would email him their picks - make changes up until race time -
he'll ignore anything beyond that point.  We'd pick the full 15.  He'd
compile, score, and update the sheet for us.  We'd still drop one round per
normal.

For the 1st round, we'd only score the top 10 based on motogoat.net.

If you like this option the best - update the sheet with "Sean" in Row 25.
That's my vote now by the way, updated accordingly.
