Patty Griffin’s “Tape” is her 10th album, and it’s a collection of rarities and home demos. I’m usually not a big fan of these collections, but in this case, its a more intimate look at her songwriting. Her captivating voice shines in the home demos, and the “rarities” are gems. My favorite is “Don’t Mind” with Robert Plant.
