Hi everyone,

I want to let you know that we will permanently turn off KSBX in the next
week or so.

Attached is a letter sent to our members in Santa Barbara, which lays out
the story.

As you will see, it affects only the 89.5 signal. We’ll still be
broadcasting into Goleta, Santa Ynez and the Lompoc area.. The letter
describes that in more detail. It also provides alternate listening
resources, which many of our listeners have been using due to the
instability of KSBX.

After reading the letter, please let me know if you have any questions.

You’ll be hearing from Marisa re on air announcements, and Hank will be
revising the on air station ID copy.

Sadly,

Frank
