It bears repeating - that was a masterclass of a race by Morbidelli.  I
just keep thinking about how smooth he was after a pretty raucous start,
and just kept his head down.  As dominant a win as we've seen all season.
Add to that the mere fact he's the only one who has 2 wins to his name.
Had Zarco not tried to kill him, we'd be looking at a very different
championship right now.

To be fair Zarco wasn't looking to kill him, he was just unlucky to be in
the vicinity when Zarco put his head down and hoped...

Franky is on a great trajectory and has momentum, I'm rooting for him to
finish the job!

I sure wish I thought Dovi would get it done, though.

If you believe that Franky has a shot - then so does Dovi given he's only 3
behind Franky.  2020 is just plain weird, so who knows what can happen?  I
was wrong though - duh - FQ has 3 wins on the year.  This link is
fascinating - Franky has more lead laps than anyone!
https://resources.motogp.com/files/results/2020/TER/MotoGP/table1.pdf?v1_9b2e70c9&_ga=2.41450272.343637908.1603904361-1696032333.1603720063

And yeah, Zarco wasn't looking to kill him, but he still nearly did...and a
couple of others too!  We literally JUST missed the worst racing disaster
of all time this year by split seconds.  If Rossi hadn't run it in just a
little bit deep that corner, he'd likely have been decapitated!

CC35 to Aprilia? True?

I don’t think he’s that bad of a rider, perhaps he’s just on a bike that
doesn’t really suit his style? IIRC he did well on the M1?
If this is true, then iaannone will just have to pursuit his modeling
career.. what a waste of skills.

It seems that Aprilia is stuck. Just a Superbike lurking around.. maybe
Aleix sucks or the engineers suck.

Well I’m glad CC35 will stay.
I wouldve missed his straight up British loud mouth and sometimes over the
top hilarious comments..we need some like him in this soap rather than just
a bunch of robotic kids reading scripts..

Just takes a seat from a younger guy really.  I like Cal, a lot, but those
calling for Rossi's retirement HAVE to see that Cal is beyond his prime,
and pretty damn banged up too.  I saw an interview with him where he said
something like his life's goal is to retire and still be able to walk with
his daughter - something he's having a hard time with now as it is.

His results recently have been impressive given what he's gone through -
but the Honda has really taken a step forward in the past few races.

Even if AI wins his case, he's finished.  Being off a bike that long is
gonna' hurt him.  JLO's results as a test rider have been less than
stellar too.

Silly season - not our normal one, but I'll take what I can get.

Say goodbye to Iannone. He’s now banned for 4 years due ti his appeal
instead of the initial 18month suspension..Damn should’ve left alone, this
year is a wash anyway..

Looks like CC35 back to Yamaha as a test rider.

IIRC he did well on the Yamaha.

I guess Lorenzo to Aprilia then?

Chaz Davies to Aprilia? Hmmmmm. A bit too old now and he’s not Italian.

I think another candidate is Bezzecchi.

From what I hear Bezzecchi declined.

I also understand BT Sports has a provision in their MotoGP broadcast
contract for their to be at least one UK rider on the grid.

Running out of options...
