Thanks, Gary. I didn't start until '01, when I turned 50. I did know some
of the folks who did, however. Fun to see the BOTT guys going at it. There
were several classes, including middleweight twins, formula twins and
formula 50 and I raced in all three, but never finished higher than 4th.
Didn't matter so much, as just being out there and giving it my all did. I
raced a 650 Honda twin and a Ducati 748 during my foray. Both bikes were
outpowered by all three classes, but I learned a great deal about getting
the most out of me and the machine. Great memories!

You are welcome Jack,
I was given a ton of tapes that have ARRA, AFM, WSMA club races and I’m sure that many guys that are now in their 60’s haven’t seen any of this stuff. I’ve had plenty of e-mails that say “That’s my Dad”. So anybody bored during the lockdown can watch these races on YouTube.
