Hi everyone! Recently smart speakers like Alexa and Google Play have been playing KCBS when given the prompt “Play KCBX.” Greg is working to see if we can get this fixed. In the meantime, please tell our listeners to use the prompt “Play NPR.” That should give them the choice of us and any other NPR stations in the region. Another great way for people to listen is to use the NPR app. Here are some scripts you can use, to encourage listening via people’s devices: You can listen to KCBX by asking your smart speaker to “play NPR.” And take KCBX with you wherever you are by downloading the NPR app to your mobile device. You can easily take KCBX with you everywhere. Download the NPR app from your phone’s app store to listen in your home, on the beach, or in your car. KCBX can be where you are, anywhere in the world. Add the NPR app to your phone or ask your smart speaker to “play NPR.” Thank you!
