The fatter thing has been especially hard this Christmas season as I'm 8 weeks into my first knee replacement(doing well, by the way)and for some reason everyone has been loading us with Christmas baking....and having a sweet tooth combined with lower activity levels and surplus baking leads to well, you know what!
