I use it and it has worked as designed.  I am not sure if it is any safer
to pay for something from a company on line but I do feel safer paying for
something from an individual I do not know all that well.  The fees seem a
little high to me especially on small inexpensive items.  Over all it has
served the purpose I needed it for.
