Hello Elaine,
Sorry to learn of your frustration, but regrettably, you have been looking in the wrong repository……. records for the counties of Northern Ireland are the responsibility of PRONI (Public Record Office Northern Ireland), Belfast.
You will find the PRONI ecatalogue most useful for your search:
www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/search-pronis-ecataloguehttp://www.nidirect.gov.uk/services/search-pronis-ecatalogue
Search “Clonfeacle” and enter 1833 in the date range and download the file of the Tithe Applotment Book which is a digitisation of the original book and records the name and townland of tithe payers, the extent of leaseholds and tithes paid to the rector.
The parishes of Northern Ireland are all treated similarly.
Good luck with your search, Elaine,
Len Swindley

Subject: Detail of Tithe applotments Clonfeacle
Hi Len
TThanks again for your work on County Tyrone.
I am most appreciative of this list of Title Applotment names for Clonfeacle
But I am bemused as to where to find the detail of sizes of land for those names. I have searched in the National Archives and on one of their pages they do not even include Tyrone.
The people I am interested in are name Smith in the townland of Mulbuoy which is within Clonfeacle Parish.
I can find Anne Smith , James Smith and Thomas Smith on your page listed as under Mulbuoy, but I dont know where I can get further info.
Index to Tithe Applotment Book, Confeacle Parish, Cos. Tyrone and Armagh, 1833 | Original Rootsweb Co. Tyrone Community Sitehttps://www.cotyrone.com/tithe/t-a-clonfeacle.html
I can get nowhere on the official site
The Tithe Applotment Books, 1823-37https://www.titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/search/tab/index.jsp
Nor with browse location on that site
https://www.titheapplotmentbooks.nationalarchives.ie/pagestab/
Kind regards and quite understand if you are busy.
