So,    Seems some subscribe to the idea of penalizing excellence. AKA the Lowest Common Denominator tau. Makes sense though, can't abide the better way, right? Oddly, I dunno if SBKs in MotoA can be lighter than SuperStock machines (I assume they are.) but why make Pj carry the 10k when he's racing SBK? I get that they might want rules compliant SS bikes filling out the grid but one wonders if there are allowances for the SS bikes when they race in the SBK event. Maybe Pj outta just use his SS machine as a SBK when racing up?    Phil/NJ

200 extra cc with the same number of cylinders wrapped in an extra $20k plus of expense from the showroom floor to start.  Excellence or $$$?

Guess it doesn’t matter that much if it leaks fuel though.

No mention of the penalty in Superbike (but the Superbike cup is a different sub class, FYI).
