Hi everyone,

Starting tomorrow, Saturday, August 10, Studio X will not be available as
our engineers begin the transition to a digital operation.

If you use Studio X for recording your show or other production, you’ll
need to schedule time in Studio B (also known as “production”) for the
entire week.

NOTE that there are several live or prerecorded interview shows that will
be booked  in Studio B during the week.

Once the Studio X installation is completed and tested, Hank or Brad will
be available to check you out on the operation. The look and feel of the
new equipment in all 3 rooms will be similar to the current equipment.

Next, renovation of Studio B will occur followed by installation of the new
system. Once completed, the ONAIR function will move to Studio B and
renovation of the ONAIR control room will begin.

Next, renovation of Studio B/Production will occur followed by installation
of the new console. Once completed, the ONAIR function will move to Studio
B and renovation of the ONAIR control room will begin.

Here’s the timeline:

August 10-16: Install and test the new console and related equipment in
Studio X.

August 19-23: Studio B/Production – Remove equipment, desks, cabinets and
install new cabinetry, flooring.

August 26-30: Install and test new console and related equipment in Studio
B/Production.

Sept. 1-6 ON AIR Control Room: Remove equipment, desks, cabinets and
install new cabinetry, flooring, ceiling

Sept. 9-13: Install and test new console and related equipment in ON AIR
Control Room

We’ll keep you posted as things progress, especially if they don’t progress!

Let us know if you have any questions.

Frank
