These exact dates were written in a very old Greer family bible found, during cleaning up after the Christchurch earthquakes, in St James Church sunday school rooms in Riccarton Christchurch New Zealand. We would like to return the bible to the descendents of this family but have had trouble finding any. Other inscriptions are John Haughton GREER born 22 June 1839 Emily GREER born February 1841 Margaret McCLintock GREER born 5th August 1843 James GEER born 27 October 1845 Any help to reunite this bible with the Correct family would be much appreciated.
