You may be right and this could certainly be spam or even a scam, Jim.  But it's odd that the wording is identical (apart from the URLs and email addresses) with a monthly reminder that I've been receiving for more than 10 years from another mailing list (nothing to do with Ireland) of which I am a member. All pretty odd -- but I'm not suggesting it's worth spending any more time on.
