I volunteered and started learning from Jim who is a great teacher - patient and has good processes in place. Can we get at least one other person willing to help and co-share the responsibilities for the updates and maintenance so we learn at the same time and save Jim some repetitive training? I'm all about sharing the load and letting Jim delegate as he's worked so hard and put in lots of hours on this valuable resource and deserves help with ongoing site work.
