Y’all welcome!
Petrucci tried the hand signal on Aleix and he got written up for it.
Zarco got penalized! They really don’t like that guy!
As for KK’s suggestion on mapping on that kink, how about just make it
simple : No passing!
Though The issue isn’t the passing, it’s the crashing. The crashed bike(s)
going 200mph can plow riders at turn 3 like a scud missile.
They’re moving the air fence to mitigate this.

Getting back to Lan's comment, I like his ideas. I think MotoGP could be a
whole new experience if everyone was using hand signals. We could have the
middle finger (two finger V for you Brits - which brings up a whole new
challenge of agreed signals), the WTF arm wave, the Italian (I believe)
hand flick off the chin, and that's just a start. For greater emphasis,
riders could use two handed signals, or, for even more excitement, signal
while standing on the pegs, or even the seat. Heck, we could forget about
the racing all together and just have a clown show of a bunch of guys (I'm
not sure that Maria Herrera would be interested in stooping to this level)
riding around flipping each other off. The more I think about it, the more
I like this idea. How many more times do we have to watch a slow motion
shot of someone like FQ going 70mph with his bike at 62+ degrees of lean
and him scraping his shoulder, or Marquez passing Dovi in the last bend
only to have Dovi come back and power past him just before the finish line?
It's time for a seismic shift in MotoGP, and I think we've all got Lan to
thank for pointing us all in this new direction. I will be contacting Dorna
immediately to begin discussions; that is, right after I take my medicine
(nursey says it's time for my twosees) and have a little lie down.

It’s professional racing in the highest level. Expect someone passing at
the limit or braking in your face at the braking point. It’s Not a track
day.
Let’s have them put on blinkers and brake lights, or use hand signals
when turning left,
Right, or braking.
