I agree. Besides, even with a shortened season, and after missing 2 or 3
races, he could come back and win the championship.
I think they should have MM start every race from no closer to pole than
4th row, so we get to see him slice and dice through the pack, and there's
still an outside chance someone else could win the race.

Correction: I just saw the photograph of MM with his arm wrapped and
braced. I am downgrading my prediction to only a 65% chance of competing
this weekend and a 70% chance of being on the podium if he does.

Oh, wait. I almost forgot.

I'm not a fan of Marquez (and that's the absolutely last time for this

You are correct, Pagsy. Although, it seems to be a different situation this
time.  He “finally” broke a critical part of his body that’s quite vital to
the sport. IIRC, he’s never broken anything before? Rossi changed when he
broke his leg at age 30. Anyway, MM93 is a different breed.

He’s also in so much more under pressure now due to the nasty injury,
shortened calendar, AND there’s that ‘new’ guy who smells blood. Not to
exclude his closest rival Dovizioso. He will fight hard as it’s his only
chance!!!!
He’s got 4 top rivals now: Top Gun, El Diablo, DesmoDovi AND himself!
Unfortunately, Rins is also injured..

This is definitely getting more interesting now especially that he’s
considering racing this weeks for damage limitation. I hope he doesn’t
crash again!

Still rooting for VR!

Agreed about MM not crashing this weekend. That would suck totally. The
problem is, when MM smells blood, in the heat of the competition, can he
restrain himself. Maybe he's just half a second behind Fabio, and if he
pushes just a little harder,....
I would much rather see racing than crashing.

I don’t know what got into his head last Sunday. He’s too experienced to
not know better. Rider error rather than bike issues me think..He’s still
half human after-all

I think he’ll restrain himself and would be happy to take some valuable
points this coming Sunday. That’s  IF  he can even ride with a humerus
fracture! How can he even move that arm?!!

They better jam his bones with a ton of JB Weld.

I don’t know what got into his head last Sunday. He’s too experienced to not know better. Rider error rather than bike issues me think..He’s still half human after-all I think he’ll restrain himself and would be happy to take some valuable points this coming Sunday. That’s IF he can even ride with a humerus fracture! How can he even move that arm?!! They better jam his bones with a ton of JB Weld.
