Hi all, Our new news director, Monica Lopez, is having a harder time than expected finding a nice small house or decent-sized ADU to live in locally. She’s looking as far out from SLO as Los Osos, Oceano, Grover Beach, etc. but doesn’t want to go much further out of town than that. Her budget is $2,500 or less, and she does not want shared walls.
