748 Now Starts

And the answer as to why the 748 would not start is.... The air gap on the Hall effect/Timing sensor setting distance was out of spec.  It was to large...I set it back to 0.5mm (0.019 inch) and she fired right up.

No idea how that changed but it works a treat now!
