Tim,
The easiest way of finding the property is to use the Valuation Revision records on the PRONI website. They show that Peter Kelly had plot 35 which was a 38 acre farm. He also had a tiny half acre plot on 15.3, but his main residence was plot 35.
If you look at the maps on Griffiths Valuation you will see that plot 35 is just off the modern Dungannon Rd, not too far from McCaul’s Kitchens. It’s still farmland today but the buildings shown in the middle of the plot which I assume was where the farmhouse was, have all been demolished.
I have attached a page from the Valuation Revision records showing that Peter farmed jointly with John Hodge and that Peter was replaced in 1927 by James Henry McCaul. The annotation “In fee L.A.P.” means they had bought the freehold under Wyndham’s Land Act.
The house numbers in the census were the enumerator’s private numbering system and had no bearing on any house number allocated later (if one ever was). The enumerator’s numbering system varied from census to census and those records have not survived.

By what method might you be able to make this determination. I would be interested in learning.
Thanks
