I've just tried to download a file again and although it starts off to download it can't get past around 150kb of download.  I can't find where I can ask the PRONI about it.  Is anyone else having the save problem? I have been told that the files are very heavy and may/will take time to download. Maybe there might be a problem with your internet speed? Just an idea.
