Getting back to California? The US Consulate in Barcelona says that, despite internal non-essential travel bans here, I will be allowed to return home. Just today, I found a direct flight, Barcelona to San Francisco for Thursday, and tomorrow I will go to the train station here to get a ticket from Girona to Barcelona. The train company is selling limited numbses of tickets so they can seat passengers at safe distances. So far, my flight is less than 1/4 full. Hopefully, transmission risks will be low during the trip. Keeping my fingers crossed. I've been in the house for a week with flu like symptoms but no fever, it hit the peak on Wednesday and I'm feeling much better, congested but no sneezing or coughing. Since Thursday I've been puttering in the garage and actually got both the Diavel and the M900 out for a ride on wonderful 2 lane back roads out in the hills west of my home in Chantilly, Va. I had been watching the top 10 MotoGP races until they turned it off. I was pacing myself 1 every day, I watched 4 then they stopped the free ride. On the work front I have been working to get my entire team on Tele Work, we provide cyber security support to a DHS component and literally all that we do can be done remotely on a secure connection.
