I also want to publicly congratulate our freelancer and former newsroom volunteer Melanie Senn for nabbing a USC fellowship as a part of their Domestic Violence Impact Reporting Fund. She will be doing a series for KCBX that will focus on domestic violence among undocumented women in our area.
