Hi everyone,
If you've been to the station lately, you've probably noticed that work is
going fast on the upgrade of all of our studios.  Both Studio X and the
Production studio are complete, and we've actually done a few live call-ins
(The Reluctant Therapist, and Central Coast Voices) from the new studio.

Next up is the Master Control Room (MCR, or On-Air Studio).  Before we can
start the construction, we need to move all on-air operations to the new
Production Studio.  Everyone that comes in and does a live show will need
to be shown how the new stuff works.  DO NOT PANIC - it is VERY similar to
the current MCR setup, just a little newer, and a couple of buttons are in
different places - but it should be a very easy transition.

Once construction is complete in the new MCR, we will move the On-Air
operations back to it, but, again, everything should work the same as what
you're doing now.

The training is being performed by either Brad Kyle or myself.  My hours
are 10:30 to 4:00, and Brad is available from 11:00 to 4:00.  Please make
arrangements with one of us to come in ASAP for a quick (5 to 10 minute)
training session / tour.  We are hoping to start demolishing the MCR early
next week(!), so time is running short.

This applies to anyone that ever does their show live!  If you've
recorded in the new Production Studio already (Ryan, Laura, Jerome,
Janelle, Carol to name a few) you basically know the basics already.

Thanks!
Hank
