The way that plate looked in the post-op x-ray I saw, it was not good. From the side, the bone was not perfectly aligned. It looked like they should have extended the arm more to set it in a more perfect alignment. I wouldn't be happy with that! Looked like pointy parts of the broken bone ends would dig into muscle.
