1st race wasn't cancelled but rather postponed 'til Sunday. The 2nd contest, the "Super Pole Race" was cancelled. What would've been Sunday's normal distance 2nd race was just that. Hence we had 2 regular distance contests on Sunday, just like the old days, but nothing in the way of Mohel affairs. Why do they pay full points for these foreshortened competitions? Why isn't the SP race noon-ish, doesn't Pole come before?, on Sat.? Then a normal distance race on Sat. afternoon and another 2 regular races Sunday? Why aren't Sunday's scampers gridded via the finishing order of the immediate preceding tilt?    Phil/NJ

3 Races. That’s a lot of races. Good for me, sucks for them. That’s a hell
of a toll on the body.
