Hi everyone, I want to let you know about some front office changes that will occur this month. I’m sorry to announce that Elma Beutel, our Assistant General Manager, will be leaving KCBX, formally, mid-December. Elma is stepping away to focus on family. That being said, I’m happy that we’re not saying good-bye to Elma! She will continue to be involved in other ways, including at/for the Live Oak Music Festival (which we’re bringing back in 2022, if Covid permits). Greg Perry is shifting gears to become our Director of Finance and Development. We’ll open the vacant, part-time job of Development Associate. Patty Gabrisch, an independent contractor, will expand her KCBX financial duties. Patty is familiar with most aspects of the business office because she’s been back-up for both Katherine and Elma for 25 years. If you have any questions, please let me know. Thank you!
