I came across a couple of articles about this book on the Irish famine. Unfortunately, the book is not cheap (25 pounds).
Is the consensus we agree with his premise?  Barry

I do not know about 'we' but I have agreed with the thought that England
'created' the famine!

I have seen many stories about the British shipping food supplies to
Ireland during the Great Famine; however, along with those stories are
facts that the same Brits shipped a great many tonnes more of food OUT of
Ireland than they shipped in.

Much of these stories seem to be factually based and proveable.

PS The book (Rot: An Imperial History of the Irish Famine) is much cheaper on Audible (audiobook)  or Kindle.
