Yeah, Yeah, I'm far from the brightest bulb on the tree but MM has won me over as the Greatest Of This Time. Many stars've lined up for him but he's so consistently right there these days. I'm afraid I agree about Dovi, in another era he might've stolen, he's way beyond Sete Gibernau for instance, a Title but it's not gonna happen with a healthy MM on a Honda. Thing is Dovi is pretty much the best option at present. Jorge may have been the guy to get Ducati over the hump, or not. Casey Stoner, there's yer answer, is at least as talented as 93 but time's passing. Some of the young guys show fast so, as they said in Brooklyn, wait'll next year! As to the longer view, I've always loved what Cal Rayborn did on an iron XR to the Brits in the UK Easter time. Let's also not forget Hailwood. Finally the elektrickery on modern racers pretty much, for me, nullifies any considerations insofar as the GOAT, just sayin'... Phil/ NJ
