Mighty Poplar.

Solidly in folk Americana bluegrass but please give it a listen and see if
it fits on your show. A group made up of parts of other groups we play.

Perhaps Janelle can say a little more about it.

Yep!

I'm stoked about this new release. Mighty Poplar is kinda
bluegrass/Americana supergroup of sorts, featuring Andrew Marlin of
Watchhouse, Noam Pikelny and Chris Eldridge of Punch Brothers, bassist Greg
Garrison from Leftover Salmon, and fiddler Alex Hargreaves, who plays with
Billy Strings.  They're touring on the back of this release, and I'm bummed
that I missed the recent show at the Lobero. This is a charismatic bunch of
pickers and players with serious musical chops. Andrew Marlin carries most
of the vocals. Song selection is right on par, too .
