Thank you very much for the information and link to the National Archives Royal Navy Seaman's Records. I finally found my Great Uncle's Name in your records. It's very easy to get the info from the National Archives and there is no charge if you register an account. I'm so excited. It was interesting to see that Great Uncle George Walter Hamilton Loftus lied about his year of birth as did his other brothers. They all eventually came to Canada and I have info about them from relatives and Canadian Archives and Census Records. An interesting family, they are. Another piece of my Ancestors' history.
