What did I tell ya.
My earlier prediction stands.

Of course he might race. It’s ridiculous, but he really is the Monty Python Black Knight. Tis but a scratch...

As I said: 65 percent chance he races, and, if he does, 70 percent chance
he podiums. How about that for intimating the competition?

Let's not forget when Lorenze broke his collarbone in FP, flew for
surgery and raced on Sunday. I would not be surprised to see him on the
grid.

Accd to the GP doctors, collarbone injury isn’t so bad and doesn’t really
hinder riding that much.
Lorenzo is just a cry baby drama queen.
I do miss him on track though And also his drama..

I know a thing or two about working through pain, such as breaking my collarbone and a few ribs in a racing crash and carrying on pretty much the next day with work as a building contractor with an arm in a sling, but if MM can finish the race, IF he even participated, then my hat’s off to him.

Can of worms=OPENED
STeve is being modest. Screw the work situation, let me tell you the real
story.
We're racing minis in a 4 hour endurance race. Steve gets taken out by a
wanker, and busts said collarbone. He's sitting in the ambulance, they
know it's broken, he knows it's broken, but hell no, he ain't going to the
Millville NJ hospital. So this sick son of a bitch convinces them to let
him out of the ambulance, and he comes back to the pits, clearly in pain.
Downs like 6 advil, a bottle of gatorade and asks us to help him pack up
his van.
So we do - and this crazy ass bald mofo decides he's going to drive the 3.5
hours BACK home in northern NJ to go to HIS hospital for xrays etc. BUT,
as we're loading him into his van with all his stuff, he opts to stop to
break out a bratwurst he was saving for lunch - with some mustard of course
THEN he figures out he can only drive with one of his arms, so he's got a
conundrum, being the brat is large and messy. So, he alternates between
driving with his knees, taking bites, chewing the brat while holding the
remainder in his lips so he can course correct with his good arm.
I mean, it wasn't exactly a good time, but it's an epic memory and a great
story etched in my memory forever.
