This is the subject line start off for this weekends GP.

Rossi is announcing his move to the satellite bike tomorrow am. Apparently there was no room for all his guys and one of the guys getting left behind is Alex Briggs. I can’t imagine how hard that will be for all involved, those guys are family.

Oh and SuperBru and it’s early pick deadline is killing me. How could anybody could make heads or tails of the field after today’s Q2?

Yeah, regarding picks, eh?  I typically make some guesses based on early
practices and past results and just stick with them.  Rarely change to
ensure I get at least the 2 bonus points.  This time I moved every
single rider after Q2, and some by many positions.......
Don't get me started on how strange the MotoGP Fantasy thing is - I have
no idea where I am or how to get any points/value out of my "team"...
Crazy but exciting season at any rate - just glad to be watching.

Watching Q2 is nearly as exciting as watching racing. Can't wait for
tomorrow's race. I have stopped all my oficial betting, as I found myself
putting more time and energy into that than actually enjoying the riding
and racing. That said, here's what I think will happen:
Viñales gets swallowed up in the start, battles back but no podium. Rossi
fights like the old master he is, pushes hard, but can't quite stay with
the two leaders, and gets third. Quartararo and Morbidelli, both hungry to
win, fight it out in the closing laps. Quartararo finally cedes to
Morbidelli, settling for second and the lead in the World Championship.
Meanwhile, Dovi struggles to hang onto as many points as he can, praying
for better results in the later stages of the season.
Oh, the other reason I stopped official betting activities is because I
always did so badly. So, I invite everyone to watch this prediction crash
and burn tomorrow. In any event, if there are no crashes or cluster Fs at
the start, we may be in for a great race.

Thanks, Kevin. Based on your self proclaimed miserably bad results, I will set my pics as follows:

All three of your contenders taken out by this terrible tear-off debacle, Fabio’s engine ingesting one, Rossi gagging on one that gets inside his helmet(still waiting for Lan to develop the edible ones), and Morbi losing the front on one and crashing without injury……..

Lecuona 1st
Marquez 2nd
Dovi 3rd

Fastest lap by Bradl

Bring on my points!!

Agree about FP3 being a nail biter. I kept waiting for Dovi to pull a
rabbit out of his hat. I forgot that this is Rossi's historic claim to
fame, although he still does a nice job of bringing it home when he needs
to (did I just mix metaphors?).

Apparently there was no room for all his guys and one of the guys getting
left behind is Alex Briggs. I can’t imagine how hard that will be for all
involved, those guys are family.

Oh and SuperBru and it’s early pick deadline is killing me. How could

anybody could make heads or tails of the field after today’s Q2?

Agree about FP3 being a nail biter. I kept waiting for Dovi to pull a rabbit out of his hat. I forgot that this is Rossi's historic claim to fame, although he still does a nice job of bringing it home when he needs to (did I just mix metaphors?). Thanks, Kevin. Based on your self proclaimed miserably bad results, I
will set my pics as follows:

All three of your contenders taken out by this terrible tear-off
debacle, Fabio’s engine ingesting one, Rossi gagging on one that gets
inside his helmet(still waiting for Lan to develop the edible ones),
and Morbi losing the front on one and crashing without injury……..

Lecuona 1st
Marquez 2nd
Dovi 3rd

Fastest lap by Bradl

Bring on my points!!

A racing podcast I listen to suggested the racing has been so good maybe they should give Marquez another million to stay home till next year...

Also am I the only one that thinks Joan Mir is the next big thing?
