This is the subject line for this weekends MotoGP. Anybody following all the Rossi drama? He tested positive again, then negative. Waiting for the third test. Meanwhile he’s solitairing it in his bus in the paddock.
Comments on Twitter as to how he got into the paddock with a positive test are pretty funny, and include Uccio holding open the back gate, Valentino telling them he’s a Doctor and strolling in, in a lab coat and my personal favorite, Star Trek teleportation
Vicki
More importantly, can Gerloff get there in time? :)
Any truth to the Dovi at HRC next season rumors?

I don’t know but this popped up this morning and involves the Yamaha penalty’s. Things are getting weirder in the Ducati garage:

Through most of the race, I was anticipating a "boring" comment from Lan;
but that last lap. Morbidelli and Miller really put on a show. I was sorry
to see Nakagami blow it but glad he did not take Pol out (amazing he did
not). Dovi did okay, and I have no idea about the potential law suit - I'll
have to study the article more closely.
Interestingly, I watched the entire race, but don't remember hearing
anything more than one or two casual references to Valentino Rossi. I'll
have to go back to make sure he was really in the race, and, did he finish
(rhetorical question)?
Watching this makes me homesick for Valencia, having been to the race there
twice, and having spent about two months in the city over the past few
years. On the other hand, I could not get out of there soon enough when the
pandemic hit last year, but that's another story.

It’s been boring since last few races now. These new kids are just plain
boring.. at least with Marquez present, we get to see some magnificent
action! The last few laps with JackAss and Morbi this time around was
pretty ok, I mean that’s like an extra normal race when Marquez is around.
Also during the era of legends such as stoner, Lorenzo, Rossi, pedrosa,
Hayden to name a few. Every race was exciting !! Always a battle!! Now it
just sucks! Round and round until the last few laps and hope for some
action.. WSBK is more excitin!

Waiter, I’ll have what he’s having.
Stoner for one crushed the competition...total yawners. Individual races do not a season make and this season has been spectacular.
And of course, let’s remember that MM crashed while pushing hard because he knew he had to.

Spectacular? Seriously? You might want to check back to the unridables
era.. where were you in 2006,2007,2008,2009,. . What about the last years
with Lorenzo winning on the Ducati and Dovi beating Marquez? If you think
this year was spectacular you need to watch the real battles with Rossi vs
Gibernau, Biaggi, Lorenzo, Stoner..
Here, in case you haven’t seen them:
Rossi vs Lorenzo Cataluña: Even the commentator is exciting to listen to.
———
Stoner vs Rossi Laguna Seca.
Watch those two highlights and tell me what’s so spectacular about this
season. LOL.
